All services are subject to a separate Dispatch Service Agreement signed between Sonex Logistics LLC and the carrier before hauling begins.
3. No Forced Dispatch Policy
Sonex Logistics LLC maintains a strict no forced dispatch policy. Carriers retain the absolute right to accept or reject any load presented by our dispatchers. Operational and route acceptance of loads is always at the sole and final discretion of the carrier/driver.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees consist of a transparent percentage of gross load revenue as defined in your signed Dispatch Service Agreement. Fees are only charged on loads we successfully book for your equipment. No setup fees, monthly minimums, or hidden charges apply unless expressly stated in your specific agreement.
5. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description: This messaging program sends transactional updates, carrier onboarding information, load confirmations, and response messages to users who have contacted Sonex Logistics LLC through our website at www.sonexlogistics.com, or via our scheduling/onboarding forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated, un-checked checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, dispatch updates, and direct support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
